People-first. Empathy-led. A decade understanding what teams actually need — and building for them.
I started my career as an engineer — building tooling and testing infrastructure. In 2014, I helped a friend build a startup and ended up stepping into a talent operations role. I never looked back.
What followed was a decade at the intersection of people and systems — the person who rebuilds the ATS, redesigns the workflow, ships the internal tool, and then goes and fills the role. At Zocdoc, Spotify, and WMG, I was always the hybrid: part recruiter, part operator, part builder.
At WMG I scaled a greenfield tech org, implemented Lever as the org's first ATS, and built two internal tools from scratch — all while serving as the AI and technology SME for the Global HR and Talent team.
I'm now focused on moving fully into Talent Systems and HR Technology, where the engineering instincts and the talent expertise finally live in the same role.
