I started my career as an engineer, building tooling and testing infrastructure. In 2014, I helped a friend build a startup and ended up stepping into a talent operations role. Something clicked. For the first time, the technical work had a human on the other end of it.
What followed was a decade at the intersection of people and systems. The person who rebuilds the ATS, redesigns the workflow, ships the internal tool, and then goes and fills the role.
Technology is most powerful when it serves people. I've spent a decade learning what people need, and now I spend my time building it. Every tool I build starts with a person who has a problem I've probably had myself.
